您的责任

在订购大熊旅游订购网平台上的任何一款产品前, 您有责任阅读与该产品相关的所有信息和声明，包括但不限于：产品价格、行程详情、出发地点、团费明细、行前须知，取消订购和退款政策及其他与该产品相关的信息。一旦您订购成功，我们将认为您已仔细阅读、充分理解并完全同意所有与该产品相关的上述信息。您在订购时，请确保留下正确畅通的联系方式，包括但不限于手机、电话、邮件等。如因缺失联系方式，或未能及时查看留言和邮箱，或不回复我们给您发送邮件而造成行程信息未能及时传达给您，由此产生的费用或责任大熊旅游订购网将不予承担。您应在自己能够控制风险的范围内选择目的地活动产品，并对自己的安全负责；如参加具有风险的目的地活动产品（包括但不限于：浮潜、冲浪、漂流等水上活动以及骑马、攀岩、登山等高风险的活动）或患有不宜出行旅游的病情（包括但不限于：恶性肿瘤、心血管病、高血压、呼吸系统疾病、癫痫、怀孕、精神疾病、身体残疾、糖尿病、传染性疾病、慢性疾病健康受损），须在预定前自行前往医疗机构体检后，确保自身身体条件能够完成本次活动项目。大熊旅游不承担由此造成任何人身意外及不良后果。您必须是年满18岁或以上的个体。如果未满18岁，您可以在父母或法律监护人的带领下参加行程。（部分酒店要求客人达到21岁以上才能单独CHECK IN，我们会在旅游团要求中注明。

隐私及数据收集

大熊旅游是网站收集信息的唯一所有者，我们不会把信息出卖、分享或是租赁给任何团体。大熊旅游从不同的站点收集用户信息，用以处理订单和更好的用相关信息为您服务。信息包括姓名、运送地址、账户地址、电话号码、电子邮件地址以及付款信息，比如信用卡。大熊旅游还需要您提交您的用户名及密码以便访问您的信息。您得保证您的用户名和密码是机密的并不能与其它任何人分享。大熊旅游的信息安全使用将会在隐私和安全政策里详细介绍. 大熊旅游的隐私和安全政策是此协议的一部分，并且您同意给予我们对其所提及数据的使用权，不视之为侵犯您的隐私和公众权利。

旅游保险

大熊旅游强烈推荐您购买医疗、行程取消以及行李等保险项目。大熊旅游现暂不提供任何行程安排，网站上列出的旅游产品都是由独立的旅行团供货商来实施操作的。我们是旅行团供货商、运送、观光和旅馆住宿的代理商。天宝旅游不对意外事故承担任何责任，包括丢失损坏物品，救护伤员，途中死亡，以及一切的推迟、不规则操作。解决事宜会遵循航空公司、酒店和公共汽车公司等指定的规则。天宝旅游不对任何由于您和旅行团供货商或第三方争论而引起的开销或损害负责，包括一切涉及到本网站或使用网站内信息的事宜。护照和签证
您有责任携带一切旅游证件和/或进入和/或经由您选择路线中的国家所必须的一切必备证件。不同国籍的人会有不同的入境法律。大熊旅游不会保留顾客的私人旅行证件或是承担通知每个国家现行所需证件的责任。您要承担由于缺少旅行证件而造成的推迟或行程更改的所有费用。您应当严格遵守法律以及游览国家政府所发布的法规，包括移民和海关法律条例等。大熊旅游不对您由于违背游览国家政府法规而产生的罚款负责。

Customer Agreement

Please carefully read the terms of this customer notice before booking and purchasing tour packages and related products on The Bear Travel (Tripwinego.com) to fully understand both parties’ rights and responsibilities. As a customer of The Bear Travel’s online store, you must acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and all their content, including any updates. The Bear Travel reserves the right to make final interpretations. The website customer service hours are based on Eastern Standard Time (Canada).

Your Responsibilities

Before ordering any product on the The Bear Travel booking platform, you are responsible for reading all information and statements related to that product, including but not limited to: product price, itinerary details, departure location, tour fee breakdown, pre-trip notices, cancellation and refund policies, and other relevant information. Once you successfully place an order, we will assume that you have carefully read, fully understood, and completely agreed to all the aforementioned information related to the product. When ordering, please ensure you provide correct and up-to-date contact information, including but not limited to mobile phone, phone, email, etc. The Bear Travel will not be responsible for any costs or liabilities arising from missing contact information, failure to check messages and emails in time, or not responding to emails we send, which result in travel information not being conveyed to you in a timely manner. You should select destination activities within the scope of risks you can control and be responsible for your own safety; if you participate in high-risk activities (including but not limited to: snorkeling, surfing, rafting, horseback riding, rock climbing, mountain climbing) or have health conditions unsuitable for travel (including but not limited to: malignant tumors, cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, respiratory diseases, epilepsy, pregnancy, mental disorders, physical disabilities, diabetes, infectious diseases, chronic health impairments), you must undergo a medical examination at a medical institution before booking to ensure your physical condition is capable of completing the activity. The Bear Travel does not bear any responsibility for personal accidents or adverse consequences resulting from this. You must be 18 years old or older. If you are under 18, you may join the tour under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. (Some hotels require guests to be at least 21 years old to check in alone, which will be specified in the tour requirements.)

Privacy and Data Collection

The Bear Travel is the sole owner of the information collected on the website. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any parties. The Bear Travel collects user information from various sites to process orders and better serve you with relevant information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, account address, phone number, email address, and payment information such as credit card details. The Bear Travel also requires you to submit your username and password to access your information. You must ensure that your username and password remain confidential and are not shared with anyone else. The Bear Travel’s information security practices are detailed in our Privacy and Security Policy. The Privacy and Security Policy of The Bear Travel is part of this agreement, and you consent to our use of the mentioned data without considering it an infringement of your privacy and public rights.

Travel Insurance

The Bear Travel strongly recommends purchasing medical, trip cancellation, and baggage insurance. The Bear Travel currently does not provide any travel arrangements; the travel products listed on the website are operated by independent tour suppliers. We act as agents for tour suppliers, transportation, sightseeing, and hotel accommodations. The Bear Travel is not responsible for any accidents, including lost or damaged items, medical emergencies, death during the trip, and any delays or irregularities. Issues will be resolved according to the rules of airlines, hotels, and bus companies. The Bear Travel is not responsible for any expenses or damages arising from disputes between you and tour suppliers or third parties, including issues related to this website or the use of information on the website.

Passports and Visas

You are responsible for carrying all travel documents and/or necessary documents required for entry into and/or transit through the countries on your chosen route. Different nationalities have different entry laws. The Bear Travel does not retain customers’ personal travel documents or notify of current entry requirements for each country. You will bear all costs for delays or itinerary changes due to missing travel documents. You must strictly comply with the laws and regulations of the visiting country’s government, including immigration and customs regulations. The Bear Travel Travel is not responsible for fines incurred due to violations of the visiting country’s regulations.
