这个优惠最大的问题除了是需要dummy booking（如何刷出TD Aeroplan VIP的史高新开卡礼），还有就是有2万分是需要实际加航消费才能拿到，现在退票拿voucher的路子也不好使了，所以要拿满的话并不容易。
